Marketing Manager of Amex, founder of TTA,  a leading communications group sold to McCann Erickson where he ran their national communications group. Applying leading customer-centric design, David created Membership Rewards for Amex to become the most widely used global loyalty program, transforming British Airway’s innovation capabilities for business customers. Over 4 years, he supported Talke’s portfolio company, Mobile Learning, helping it to win the one of the largest mobile workforce training contracts in Australia, whilst addressing the innovation and research translation chasm for the University of NSW.
Gary Rogers
Commercial founder
Gary is an experienced technology and media lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in the UK, Australia and the US. He has a particular expertise in assisting entrepreneurial clients and has been involved in advising many start-ups from inception of an idea through to commercialisation and expansion. Well-known for his ability to apply his legal skills in a robust and commercial context, always seeking to add value at all stages. Gary co-founded Talke to be more directly involved in technology innovation and advisory, particularly in areas of higher social impact. Long term advisor to Mobile Learning, creating significant value as well as Neuroscience Research Australia in relation to the commercialisation of key intellectual property.
Ralph Warburton
Business advisor
Ralph is a chartered accountant and an experienced CEO leading growth, transformation, and strategic change across diverse sectors. He has considerable expertise in strategic planning, capital raising, M&A, financial management, governance, and operational excellence with a focus on commercial best practice by clear communication, fostering trust, and aligning teams to common goals. This extensive leadership experience spans private, not-for-profit, and institutional organizations with a strong focus on seniors living, property, green energy, sustainability, and social impact outcomes.

He has held major positions companies including Uniting NSW.ACT – Deputy CEO, Greengate Group – CEO, Catholic Healthcare - CFO, and worked at AMP Capital & EY. With deep commercial focus and experience Ralph helps our clients commercialise their ideas and mature from start up to ramp up. He has a deep passion for green technology and supporting a more circular economy.
Leigh Birkett
Communications
Experienced strategist and creative director with a particular specialisation in acquisition, retention and loyalty strategies. He has applied this understanding to help develop high ROI customer lifetime strategies for multinational businesses such as British Airways, Caltex, Accor Asia Pacific, and Cathay Pacific.

Leigh brings a strong, structured customer-centric design approach to product development and project management. The aim being to efficiently maximise market penetration by understanding the customer journey and building an optimised customer experience.

Leigh has been a frequent collaborator with David since their agency days together.
Prof Peter Scholfield AO
Academic Advisor
Professor Peter Schofield was CEO of NeuRA between 2004 and 2022. He is also a Professor of Medicine at UNSW Sydney with extensive professional experience in the biotechnology industry and in medical research institutes in the US, Germany and Australia. At the Garvan Institute he held multiple NHMRC Research Fellowships and was Director of the Neurobiology Program. He has been the site leader of the Sydney site of the NIH-funded Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network (DIAN) since the study's inception in 2008.

He has published over 400 papers and holds several patents.He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences and has served on many scientific and advocacy bodies, most recently including the NHMRC National Institute of Dementia Research and the Schizophrenia Research Institute. In the 2019 Australia Day Awards he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to medical and scientific research in the field of neuroscience, and to professional institutions.
Kees Dorst
Design Thinker
Kees is Professor of Transdisciplinary Innovation at the University of Technology Sydney’s TDSchool. He is considered one of the lead thinkers developing the field of design, valued for his ability to connect a philosophical understanding of thelogic of design with hands-on practice. He is a member of the Advisory Group for the UN Development Program, overseeing the creation of platforms around the world to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Rodger Watson

Rodger is the Founding Course Director of the Master of Creative Intelligence and Strategic Innovation at the UTS TD School and co-author of Creative Reboot; catalysing creative intelligence and Designing for the common good. Applying the disciplines of design thinking along the innovation/implementation pipeline, Rodger has contributed significantly to private sector government strategy across topics ranging from domestic and family violence, mental health, built environment, counter terrorism, night-time economy,  circular economy, environmental protection, cybercrime, transport innovation, and digital transformation.
Tania Loiseau

Tania is a lawyer specialising in intellectual property law. Tania has extensive experience in trade mark, licensing and brand strategies for clients in a variety of industries, including health. Tania’s experience includes a 2-year secondment at a fast-growing digital health and wellness start-up.
Anthony Chung
Technical Advisor
Anthony is a visionary in the evolving technology space. He and his team are experts in wrangling the rapidly changing AI-driven world, using advanced computer vision models, digital twins and augmented reality to create sound, forward thinking commercial solutions. This provides Talke with the strong technological insight necessary to guide and accelerate technology-based innovations.

Anthony honed his skills running, Mobile Learning, a leading technology group specialising in edge training solutions, designing Totara-based mobile and AI assessment tools for Government, Health and Care workforces. Highlights including mobile enterprise software architecture and assessment solutions for the Learning Experience Platform designed for the Australian Defence Force and NSW Police Force.

He has since co-founded CONJA, specifically to apply the latest AR and Visual Spatial AI visualisation technologies to pressing issues in health and the environment by utilising his experience with mobile platforms to produce innovative, agile, inclusive solutions.
